Moulton Taggart is a relatively small construction consultancy that specialises in providing cost modeling, strategic advice and traditional quantity surveying services, together with procurement and contract advice, contract administration, project management and planning supervisor services.

Our aim is to provide quality and value for money across our entire range of services. We also believe that our combined knowledge and experience, gathered across projects of all sizes and acting for a wide variety of clients, enables us to offer pragmatic and balanced advice, tailored to be appropriate to specific circumstances.

Moulton Taggart has provided cost control and advice for various domestic and commercial developments and has acted as Quantity Surveyor on numerous modernisation projects at the headquarters of the RIBA. We have been involved in projects for schools, community centres and health centres and understand that there are often other factors to consider than just the bottom line when delivering value for money for our clients. Our appointment on several multi-million pound schemes has established our skills in the field of major development, and yet all of our domestic projects are in the small to medium range, where clients are often experiencing their first taste of the construction industry. At both ends of the spectrum however, we provide a sensitive approach to budgetary control, both before and after work commences on site.
