Permission has been granted for the creation of two new industrial/trade counter units at Threemilestone Industrial Estate in Truro.

They will be built on the western edge of the Threemilestone Industrial Estate, which is Truro's primary industrial estate, located on the A390 on the outskirts of Truro.

The proposed development comprises a pair of semi-detached industrial units, with ground floor and first floor office accommodation, on a 0.4 acre site. Unit 1 will extend to 4,112 sq ft and Unit 2 will extend to 4,618 sq ft. Both units will be constructed to a highly sustainable design and specification.

Martha Lea, senior surveyor at Alder King, commented: "There is a real lack of brand new industrial stock in Truro and this is an opportunity for occupiers to buy or rent top spec warehouses on one of Truro's most established business parks. We are expecting a lot of interest in these properties and we hope that this site will prove perfect for local businesses."
