Teesland iDG - Industrial Development - Croydon, Croydon Road

Teesland iDG has started work on the latest io Centre and io Trade Centre development at the former Paynes Poppett site on Croydon Road, Croydon, which is being funded by GE Capital.

The io Centre will provide 22 new industrial / warehouse units from 2,626 to 80,687 ft² available either to let or to purchase. In addition the io Trade Centre, which is adjacent to the new BMW / Mini dealership will provide 7 trade counter units from 4,182 to 40,068 ft². Both elements are prominently located on the Croydon Road (A232) close to the junction with Purley Way (A23).

The development is due to be completed by November 2008.

Tim Clement of King Sturge said "this is a very exciting development for Croydon with the units having a prominent location close to the busy A23 and we have had a great deal of interest from various national and local occupiers. Even at this early stage of the development there is a good level of enquiries with a number of pre-lets due to be announced shortly"

Teesland iDG has appointed King Sturge, Colliers CRE and Centro as the joint sole agents.
