Osborne - Appointment - London & Home Counties

Osborne has appointed Debra Constance as Head of Business Development for its Homes division in London and the northern Home Counties. Debra joins Osborne from Wates Living Space where she worked for 4 years.

Debra will take responsibility for all aspects of affordable housing business development and developing and maintaining relationships with clients and consultants within the sector.

Having spent 13 years with a number of housing associations developing affordable housing and care homes, Debra has also worked as a Housing Manager for a West Yorkshire Local Authority.

Having completed her first degree in politics and psychology, Debra later completed a Masters in Property and Development Planning. She is also a Chartered Member of the Institute of Housing.
