Briggs & Forrester - Mixed-Use Development - Leamington Spa

Working in partnership with Galliford Try, Briggs & Forrester have recently been awarded a £5m contract to undertake the Southern Criminal Justice Centre in Leamington Spa.

Responsible for the mechanical installations, Briggs & Forrester will complete the project on a Design & Build basis. The facility will provide two Civil Courts, three Crown Courts and four Magistrates Courts as well as hold cells and support facilities. It will be completed in Spring 2010.
