Town Centre Securities - Offices Development - Manchester, Piccadilly Basin

Date: 17 Jul 2008

INTERIOR designers NoChintz have moved into Carvers Warehouse within Town Centre Securities' Piccadilly Basin development following a successful first 12 months of trading.

NoChintz moved into newly restored, listed building on Dale Street this month joining existing tenants Marketing Manchester, Martin Stockley Associates, Arca Architects and Four23 Creative Agency.

Natalie Gray, Creative Director, co-founded the up and coming interior designer business last year and it has made impressive progress in this short time. Clients currently include Urban Splash, Harvey Nichols in addition to many developers, landlords and private residents.

Natalie comments: "The move puts us, location wise, at the centre of our market both in terms of associates and prospective clients. Another great benefit is that we will now be neighbours with architects, property developers and journalists. I am sure this will create many fantastic opportunities."

"Carver's Warehouse is Manchester's oldest surviving stone warehouse, which was built in 1806. Yet, it combines the best of modern design and original features. I think it makes a strong impression and reflects our own sense of style, professionalism and ambition."

Carver's Warehouse comprises part of approximately 400,000sq ft of office accommodation in a variety of new and historic buildings at the 12.8 acre site. Development Director for Town Centre Securities, Richard Lewis, continues; "NoChintz further complement our existing tenant mix within Carver's Warehouse. We received such a positive response to the restoration of the building when it was launched by Sir Richard Leese as part of the Council's 100 Days Celebrations last month and are now looking forward to creating a similar success with the next listed building project within Piccadilly Basin, Brownsfield Mill."
