Date: 28 Jul 2008

The last remaining space at Rok's prestigious £6 million business park development in Milton Keynes has now been snapped up.

Rok has successfully sealed a deal with Valois for the 10-year lease of Cygna House - a 10,000 sq ft three-storey detached office building and the last remaining space at the landmark Eastlake Park scheme.

Worldwide dispensing systems provider Valois develops, manufactures and markets a variety of dispensing systems for the pharmaceutical, cosmetic and perfume industries worldwide

Rok's Eastlake Park scheme off junction 14 of the M1 motorway totals some 23,000 sq ft and was built in two phases.

The first phase, Vega House, a 13,000 sq ft three-storey office block also proved to be a popular choice with businesses and units were occupied just a quickly as Cygna House. The current occupants include Rok Building, Accord Holdings, which trades as MKH Advertising, and training provider Summit Skills.

Richard Stileman for Rok said: "I am delighted that the scheme is now complete. The site is in a prime location just off the M1 motorway and as such it has proved to be a popular choice with businesses looking to relocate to an impressive corporate headquarters style office.

"Rok has a reputation for creating dynamic, innovative and imaginative property solutions which meet the needs of tenants and freehold purchasers alike and Eastlake Park is no exception."

The buildings include raised access flooring, two-pipe VRV fan coil cooling systems, integral lighting and suspended ceilings as well as a generous 1 to 260 sq ft parking ratio.
