Princeton Investments - Offices Letting - Croydon
Date: 29 Jul 2008
Princeton Investments, advised by Savills, has brought to the market Sunley House, a newly refurbished office building at 4 Bedford Park Road, Croydon.
The building has undergone a £3 million refurbishment programme to provide modern, open plan air-conditioned space on floors of 10,000 sq ft (929 sq m) - one of the largest floor plates available in Croydon. In addition, a planning application has been approved to add an extension to the ground floor providing further office space and a new modern reception area.
The available office accommodation totals 64,453 sq ft (5,987 sq m) and is arranged over seven floors. Two floors have recently been let to existing tenant The Insolvency Service, a Government body. Sunley House is situated a short walk from East Croydon train station in close proximity to a wide range of local amenities including both Centrale Shopping Centre and WhitGift Shopping Centre.
Andrew Willcock, of Savills, comments: "Croydon is currently undergoing massive redevelopment with some £3.5 billion being invested into the town. It remains the largest commercial centre in the south of England outside Central London with corporate occupiers in the area including Nestle, Bank of America, BT and Mott Macdonald. Sunley House looks set to be popular with potential occupiers as the only office building of its size available in the area."
