Jonathan Jones, regional Director for HLM in Wales, said: "We are delighted to welcome Emilie to Wales. Her sector experience is wide ranging and she will be an enormous asset to the team. She will also be instrumental in raising awareness about HLM's interiors expertise."
Emilie said: "I love the variety of my work at HLM and look forward to applying what I have learnt and gaining more experience on projects in Wales. My key ambition is to grow the value of HLM's interior design service in Wales and to indulge in my particular passion for education projects."
"Relocating has given me a new challenge and I look forward to the adventure", she added.
Emilie's experience working in the London office has included designing a school campus in Plymouth; a civic office in south east London; a medium secure mental health unit at Bethlem Royal Hospital; a leisure facility in Oxford; a teaching facility at University College London; new offices for Quality Capital Management; and residential flats for the elderly.
