DJ Freeman's Jonathan Barnes acted for GLP Intressenter AB in its £7.1m sale of 1-5 Poland Street, London Wl to the Royal National Pension Fund for Nurses. The sale was completed within two weeks of receipt by the purchaser's solicitors of the draft contract and immediately following the completion of a renewal lease of the first floor to Hat Trick Productions Ltd. David Darvill and John Dean of Bircham & Co acted for the purchaser.
