Training Aspect Training and Consultancy is predominantly staffed by H.M Forces personnel and individuals with specialist security backgrounds, all of whom have been carefully selected to ensure they have extensive experience and the appropriate operational expertise in the areas they will be training and the educational qualifications to effectively teach the specialist skills required by clients. Event Management Aspect are able to give independent advice on a number of event related issues, and if required can see your event through to completion, attending licensing meetings, coordinating contractors, assisting with the formalization of management plans, assessing Health & Safety related issues and if required, are able to act as the security manager on-site overseeing all security or stewarding responsibilities.

Aspect do not provide any security services or sell security products and can, therefore, be objective when assessing requirements and budgets on behalf of their clients, providing them with impartial unbiased advice that allows them to make the right decision for their business. Making the right decision in the beginning is crucial to the success of any project, however, when it comes to security this usually requires specialist assistance. Many companies do not have in-house security experts or the available resource. Aspect has a pedigree in providing security assessments, advice, design, project management, and documentation. Aspect are also able to offer a number of both accredited courses that can be found on the national framework and bespoke training solutions, thus giving our clients the option of implement strategic training and development programs for its current workforce or specialist assignments it may be undertaking.
