Abstract:
Our October Interim forecasts have been reduced to reflect our view that relatively short sharp downturn is underway, to be followed by a modest recovery in H2 2008. Save the possibility of a major recession in the U.S., we see no reason why the market should not recover even in light of a cooling U.K. economy.
