Abstract:
In the present highly competitive UK and European investment market there has been unprecedented pressure on investors and lenders to complete transactions quickly or risk losing out to a competitor. We have undertaken a survey to try and establish whether or not lenders and investors are undertaking the necessary technical due diligence and whether they are taking on undue risk in completing major individual and portfolio transactions in short time
periods.
