Property listing database

What it involves

A ready-made database for properties 'to let' or 'for sale' to form part of your website. See examples of 'live' databases. The property listing database has the following main features.

• It's tailored for you:
  • The design takes on the 'look and feel' of your website.
  • You decide how the search dialog box is set up and the types of properties your visitors can search for (for example, if you only deal with retail properties, there is no point offering other search options).
  • You choose the information to be displayed, including pictures, maps, your corporate logo and so on.
  • The database creates printable property particulars in your house style, and in A4 size.
• Input:
  • You can input and change details of the properties you market, using a password, from any computer wherever you are.
  • The database runs on our servers so you don't have to install any software on your computers.
  • You can add links to brochures and to web pages with details of the property. You can link to any web pages that you want or we can make a single property presentation website for you.
• Output:
  • You can present the search results page and the property details in the way you want, showing only information that is relevant to your properties.
  • All pages will be in your company's or website's house style.
• Marketing:
  • You have the option to include your properties free of charge in the searchable database on our site (PropertyMall.com), which receives thousands of visits every month.

Options

• You can send your property listings over the internet to other listing services for all your properties or just for individual properties.
